Vincent P. Manning

Vincent P. Manning, Esq., a Manning, Caliendo and Thomson partner, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Rowan University in 1983 and Cum Laude with a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1986.

Upon graduation, Mr. Manning served as law secretary to the Honorable Marshal Selikoff, J.S.C. in the Monmouth County Superior Court. A Certified Civil Trial Attorney approved by the New Jersey Supreme Court Board on Attorney Trial Certification in 1998, he is a court appointed Arbitrator in the New Jersey Superior Court.

Mr. Manning has been a member of the New Jersey State Bar and the United States District Court, New Jersey since 1986 as well as the United States Court of Claims since 2005. He served as a Trustee and Co-Chairman for the Civil Practice Committee, Monmouth County Bar Association. Mr. Manning is a member of the Ocean County Bar Association.

Aside from his professional background, Mr. Manning was an honor graduate of the U.S Army Airborne School and served as an Army Ranger and Drill Sergeant. He currently resides in Freehold, New Jersey with his wife and five children.


Nicholas C. Caliendo

Nicholas C. Caliendo, Esq., a Manning, Caliendo and Thomson partner, graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Business Law in 1987. Mr. Caliendo earned a Juris Doctor degree in 1990 from Syracuse University College of Law. Upon graduation from law school, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Florence Peskoe of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County. In 1991, Mr. Caliendo was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and became licensed to practice law in the United States District Court and Supreme Court of New Jersey. He also has been certified in mediation and conciliation by the New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts.

Mr. Caliendo is a member of the National Association of Trial Lawyers of America (American Association for Justice) and the Monmouth County Bar Association. His civic memberships include the Amerigo Vespucci Society, the Italian American Association of Monmouth County and the Elks. He has practiced trial law in Freehold continuously since 1991 and has concentrated on the representation of accident victims and those accused of crimes for the past 18 years. Since 1991, Mr. Caliendo has handled hundreds of cases to conclusion in the areas of automobile negligence, general negligence and those involving felony criminal and municipal court matters. During that time, he has obtained millions of dollars on behalf of his clients, as well as protected the rights and liberties of his clients in the criminal justice system.

Born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Manalapan, New Jersey, Mr. Caliendo now resides in Monmouth County with his wife and daughter.


Kenneth L. Thomson

Kenneth L. Thomson, Esq., a Manning, Caliendo and Thomson partner, graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice in 1992 and the Widener University School of Law in 1995 with a Juris Doctor degree.

While studying at the University of Delaware, Mr. Thomson founded the Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity and was a member of the Alpha Kappa Delta Sociological Honor Society. In law school, he was a member of the Environmental Law Clinic and received a Certificate of Achievement in Law and Philosophy. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Thomson served as law clerk to the Honorable John A. Ricciardi, presiding judge of the Criminal Division in Monmouth County.

Mr. Thomson is presently engaged in trial practice throughout New Jersey, representing both petitioners and respondents in workers’ compensation cases, Social Security Disability Appeals and plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases.

Mr. Thomson is a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association and was previously on the Board of Trustees. He is also on the Board of Directors and is past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Western Monmouth County YMCA. Mr. Thomson has also been an active volunteer in coaching for Howell Pop Warner Football, Pinelanders Soccer and Howell United Soccer. A lifelong Monmouth County resident, he presently resides in Howell Township with his wife and two sons.


Daniel J. Eastmond

Daniel J. Eastmond, Esq., graduated from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in 2003 with a B.A. in Biology. After college, Mr. Eastmond spent two years working at a casino in Atlantic City, during which time his interest in the law took flight, ultimately leading to his decision to pursue a legal career. Mr. Eastmond graduated from Penn State University’s Dickinson School of Law in 2008, after which he worked in the
Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office for one year, before joining MCT in the summer of 2009.

Mr. Eastmond¹s practice is diverse, but with a heavy concentration on personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. His background in the biological sciences gives Mr. Eastmond an extra edge when it comes to understanding the injuries suffered by his clients. Mr. Eastmond takes great pride in his tireless efforts to protect the rights of everyday
people whose legitimate claims are routinely denied and/or ignored by the big insurance companies. Mr. Eastmond has tried numerous cases to verdict, and his vigorous representation of his clients has resulted in numerous six-figure settlements.

Mr. Eastmond is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, the Monmouth County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. A Monmouth County native, Mr. Eastmond was born and raised in Middletown Township, where he continues to reside today with his wife and two daughters.
