Nicholas C. Caliendo, Esq., a Manning, Caliendo and Thomson partner, graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Business Law in 1987. Mr. Caliendo earned a Juris Doctor degree in 1990 from Syracuse University College of Law. Upon graduation from law school, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Florence Peskoe of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County.
In 1991, Mr. Caliendo was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and became licensed to practice law in the United States District Court and Supreme Court of New Jersey. He also has been certified in mediation and conciliation by the New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts.
Mr. Caliendo is a member of the National Association of Trial Lawyers of America (American Association for Justice) and the Monmouth and Ocean County Bar Associations. His civic memberships include the Amerigo Vespucci Society, the Italian American Association of Monmouth County and the Elks. He has practiced trial law throughout New Jersey continuously since 1991 and has concentrated on the representation of accident victims and those accused of crimes for the past 31 years. Mr. Caliendo has handled hundreds of cases to conclusion in the areas of automobile negligence, general negligence and those involving felony criminal and municipal court matters. He has obtained tens of millions of dollars on behalf of his clients, as well as protected the rights and liberties of his clients in the criminal justice system.
Born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Manalapan, New Jersey, Mr. Caliendo now resides in Monmouth County with his wife and daughter.
