Daniel J. Eastmond

Daniel J. Eastmond, Esq., graduated from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in 2003 with a B.A. in Biology. After college, Mr. Eastmond spent two years working at a casino in Atlantic City, during which time his interest in the law took flight, ultimately leading to his decision to pursue a legal career. Mr. Eastmond graduated from Penn State University’s Dickinson School of Law in 2008, after which he worked in the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office for one year, before joining MCT in the summer of 2009.

Mr. Eastmond’s practice is diverse, but with a heavy concentration on personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. His background in the biological sciences gives Mr. Eastmond an extra edge when it comes to understanding the injuries suffered by his clients. Mr. Eastmond takes great pride in his tireless efforts to protect the rights of everyday people whose legitimate claims are routinely denied and/or ignored by the big insurance companies. Mr. Eastmond had tried numerous cases to verdict, and his vigorous representation fo his clients has resulted in numerous six-figure settlements.

Mr. Eastmond is a member of the New Jersey Association fo rJustice, the American Association for Justice, the Monmouth County Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. A Monmouth County native, Mr. Eastmond was born and raised in Middletown Township, where he continues to reside today with his wife and two daughters.
